Why The Heck Are We Here?

I think it's as easy as this. If when the principle has trouble driving to school, she should know that everyone else is going to have the same. I understand that there are only so many days that we can take off from school each year, but at the same time, the Arenzville bridge is almost suicide when it's iced over. To be completely honest, I don't know if it's worse coming up or going down. I hate to have to think what it is like for the people with two wheel drive vehicles. I had my truck in four wheel drive this morning and i still put it into a ditch. If you ask me, I'd say the reason this school is here is to teach the students correct? So if students wreck on the way to school and get hurt because of administration's failure to call it off, what are you teaching? It's called responsibility. When a student wrecks because of bad conditions on the way to somewhere they are forced to go, that in no way is there fault. That is on the administration. I guess it will be this way until the time comes that a student is seriously injured. When that time comes, don't say I didn't try and warn you.
